Byrne’s best Cap was Batman/Captain America One Shot set in WW2. Simon/Kirby’s Hitler run, Englehart/Buscema’s Richard Nixon run and Reiber/Cassaday’s 9/11 run prove that Cap works best fighting for democracy and not a villain-of-the-month.
